Our Professionals - Bradley C. Skidmore
Mr. Skidmore serves as outside counsel to various local, national and regional real estate companies in handling a wide variety of real estate matters, including the acquisition, development, management and disposition of office buildings, retail centers, mixed-use projects, golf course communities, and resort properties; the acquisition, development, and operation of telecommunication sites; and all types of commercial real estate litigation, including disputes over acquisition and development agreements, partnership/joint venture issues, commercial and retail leasing, and commercial brokerage matters.
In addition, Mr. Skidmore regularly represents private health care companies, hospital systems and physicians in the acquisition, development, management and leasing of medical office buildings, surgery centers and other facilities. He also represents clients in negotiations with state and local governments for the development and operation of private and state-owned facilities involving industrial development tax credits, zoning and other land use matters.
Mr. Skidmore received his undergraduate and law degrees from Emory University, and is admitted to practice in both Georgia and Tennessee.
