Ms. Falk works with individuals and closely-held businesses, focusing her practice on strategies for preserving and transferring family wealth, including estate and charitable planning, probate and estate administration, planning for gift, generation-skipping and other taxes, and structuring specialized entities such as trusts, family limited partnerships and others.

Ms. Falk earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. She also holds a M. Tx. (Masters of Taxation) from Georgia State University, M. Phil. (“all-but-dissertation”) and M.A. in Economics from Columbia University, B.A. in Economics from City College of New York, and B.H.L. (Bachelor of Hebrew Literature) from Yeshiva University.

Ms.  Falk is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Atlanta Bar Association.  Ms. Falk is also a Certified Public Accountant, and worked for several large accounting firms before becoming a lawyer.  

Ms. Falk helped to create the Torah Day School of Atlanta and has served as a board member, officer and committee chair for TDS and other Jewish day schools.
