Kevin's practice focuses on litigation, primarily in estate, trust, and probate matters, as part of his firm’s comprehensive trust and estate group. He is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia Estate Planning and Litigation sections, and the Atlanta Bar Association Estate Planning, Elder Law, Family Law, and Litigation sections. Kevin’s expertise also includes commercial landlord/tenant matters, business law and litigation, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and creditors' rights issues. He is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association ("BOMA-Atlanta"), has served on the BOMA-Georgia Board of Directors and the BOMA-Georgia Foundation Board of Trustees, is a past Chair of the BOMA-Atlanta Government Affairs Committee, and was the 2009 BOMA Committee Chair of the Year. He has presented numerous seminars and Continuing Legal Education courses on fiduciary litigation, risk management, landlord/tenant law and other legal issues. He also provides pro bono representation and consulting to various schools and non-profit organizations in the Atlanta area. Kevin received his B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Potsdam and his J.D. and M.A. (Linguistics) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
