Mr. Walker is a partner of the firm. He has worked with the firm since 2000. Mr. Walker is a 1988 graduate of the University of Florida (B.A.) and a 1991 graduate of Stetson University College of Law (J.D.), and in 1992 he received an LL.M. in taxation from Emory University School of Law. Mr. Walker is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Florida and California. Mr. Walker served as a law clerk to bankruptcy judges in Florida and California, from 1993 to 1995. He was an associate with Greenberg & Bass LLP in Los Angeles, then was an associate with Powell Goldstein LLP in Atlanta. His areas of practice include bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, creditors’ rights, corporate reorganization, estate and trust litigation, and commercial litigation. Mr. Walker is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association (Bankruptcy Law Section and Litigation Section), the State Bar of Georgia (Creditors’ Rights Section and Bankruptcy Law Section), the American Bankruptcy Institute, and Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
